Basement Project- Rating 5 Stars
My husband and I definitely did our homework when we decided to finish our basement. We interview over 10 contractors and asked many questions. When we met Ed from ERC construction we were both very impressed with his presentation. Not only did he give us ideas that would save us money but he was the only contractor to give us a complete breakdown of the cost. That was the deciding factor because we both felt that for a contractor to be willing to show you every penny to be spent was totally out of the ordinary. Ed , and his crew were prompt every day for 12 weeks and they cleaned up every evening before they left. There is no hesitation in referring ERC to my family and friends.Our basement is absolutely beautiful.

Project: Addition to Existing Structure - Build "Let me first say, we are very happy with the work done and are even happier that it is finally finished. Not having much experience with hiring contractors, it was a learning experience, to say the least. ERC does very nice work and was able to make adjustments to the plans without a lot of trouble or additional costs. We did have a number of time delays, that were beyond our control. This is why I rated timeliness as fair. Once construction started, we would have liked to have more frequent updates on when the crew would not be showing up, preventing leaving our garage unlocked all day. Overall, it was a good experience, we love our new screened porch and 2nd floor deck."
