We walk you through the complete construction process. Communication is very important to a construction/remodeling project. Communication between the customer and contractor is the most important part of the process. 99% of problems are because of misunderstandings.
All of our estimates are completely itemized (labor and material)
which becomes part of the contract. Any changes are done in writing (whether there is a dollar amount to the change or just a change with no dollar value). All changes are reviewed and signed by the customer and contractor. Any and all questions are answered promptly and in language that the customer can understand.
